They are the entry level luxury watch that people who don't know a thing about watches aspire to because Rolex has convinced them that they want a Rolex instead of something/anything else.

Especially if they want people to notice their watch.

Because even a homeless guy will say hey brother can you spare a couple of bucks so I can get a meal? Hey, nice Rolex! Make it $5 bucks.

Why do watch collectors dislike Rolex?
